the product arrived broken and I submitted photos and videos off it not working, believing that Alibaba Trade Assurance is honest about the guarantee. After submitting all the evidence and having a be my own engineer on a brand new machine, Alibaba Trade Assurance is now telling me that the case is closed because I didn't respond. I responded every other day for 2 months and Alibaba Trade Assurance DID NOTHING!
